Irish Land 4 Big Recruits in 24 Hours
Following the 11 o-clock commitment of Justice Hayes on Friday morning, Coach Kelly and the Fighting Irish kept the momentum going throughout the day by landing 4-star DE Anthony Rabasa and 3-star CB Jalen Brown. The buck didn't stop there when the 2011 class added the biggest defensive recruit since Manti Teo as Aaron Lynch pledged his commitment to the Fighting Irish. Lynch, a 4 star defensive end with ideal size and nose for the football, served as the book-end of a 4 commitment 24-hour stretch that has the Irish fan base drooling as the 2010 season approaches.
Aaron Lynch, of Cape Coral, FL, chose to spend his college career in South Bend ignoring offers from the Gators, the Seminoles, the Hurricanes and the defending champs. Click here for Lynch's highlight video
Also hailing from Florida, Anthony Rabasa chose ND over the likes of Florida, FSU, and LSU.
Jalen Brown, a defensive back from Irving Texas, chose ND over Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Texas Tech among others. Brown pledged his allegiance to the Irish without evening visiting the campus in South Bend.
