The BC Game - Where's me Pot o' Gold?

I'll keep this short and sweet.  My gut tells me we should win this game.  My heart tells me we should win this game big.  My mind tells me "wait a minute buddy, this team loves drama... they'll take us down to the final drive again!".

Here's what we know about BC:

• They are 5-2, not ranked in the top 25, and winless on the road.
• They boast the 8th ranked rushing offense in the country, but they're passing game is nothing to brag about.  
• Their QBs, Shinksie and Tuggle, have combined for just over 1,000 yards, 13 TD's and 7 picks.  Let's just say they aint Doug Flutie.
• The BC defense is decent.  They rank 41st overall, allowing just over 20 points per game. 
• They are the thorn in Notre Dame's side.  This is their "big game".  Boston College has claimed victory 7 of the past 8 games against the Irish.

Where's me pot o' gold? (What I'm looking for from the Irish)

• Keep the points comin'! Lets see the Irish offense stick to the guns and pour on some points.  If we can manage 24 against one of the best defenses in the land we can manage a few more against this team.
• Run the ball!  Charlie, please don't abandon the run.  Armando and Hughes have proven themselves... give them the pigskin a few more times.
• Defense... please please please play a complete game.  I know you are nice guys, and don't want to see the other team upset, but lets bury these guys!
• Manti, keep playing with passion buddy.  I like it.
• Secondary, this might be a weaker passing team, but if you continue to breakdown in coverage, we are going to see another career day from the opposing QB.  You're killing me, smalls!
• Golden Tate, you are the man.  Keep up the effort buddy.  We need you week in and week out. 
• Jimmy, I know that last one hurt.  Suck it up and continue to show the world that you are the "Golden Boy".

What do I think will happen this Saturday?
A bounce back victory.  Pure and simple.  If Charlie is right about one thing, it's that the fight in the Irish is evident.  Fight isn't good enough though... lets see a victory.
